On the road to Vitry-le-François and not far from Lac du Der, an old-fashioned country inn, with its own hotel and table, where you can rediscover regional classics, reproduced with simplicity and rectitude, in a lively, colorful atmosphere. Laurent Blondeau's suggestions are effective and competitively priced, and make for a pleasant moment on the road: terrine of duck foie gras with rosé champagne, fillet of sea bass, marinières of cockles and mussels with fresh pasta, Angus entrecôte steak, fresh French fries and green salad, or a regressive petit pot de chocolat. Smiling service.
