With excellent value for money, the service is flexible and attentive, with no downtime or unpleasant surprises: perfectly cooked scallops with a lovely interpretation of Jerusalem artichoke and shrimp bisque, veal quasi and truffle risotto, and a fine selection of Norman cheeses. Classic cellar.
