After a visit to the Camembert Museum, you can enjoy a satisfying meal at Le Binôme, a great local spot not far from Notre-Dame Church, featuring contemporary cuisine. The dishes offer a lighthearted take on local flavors, featuring cheerful and well-executed pairings. On the €30 menu: butternut squash cannelloni stuffed with seasonal vegetables, AOP Camembert, mushroom cream, and pumpkin seeds; a skin-on Fervaques trout fillet; celery risotto with Comté cheese and chives; a lamb confit with thyme-reduced sauce, mashed potatoes, and roasted vegetables; or a poached pear in syrup, topped with caramel and toasted almonds, served with a crumble topping and orange cream cheese mousse.
