Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of Vimoutiers, at the gateway to the Pays d'Auge, discover an original restaurant offering inventive, masterfully prepared cuisine based on fresh, local produce and beautifully interpreted dishes. With excellent value for money, the service is flexible and attentive, with no downtime or unpleasant surprises: perfectly cooked scallops with a lovely interpretation of Jerusalem artichoke and shrimp bisque, veal quasi and truffle risotto, and a fine selection of Norman cheeses. Classic cellar.
