Gourmet Restaurant An institution just minutes from Toulouse, where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city while enjoying a dreamy terrace on the banks of the Ariège river. Running the establishment since 2023 are Yann Ghazal and his wife Aurélie, formerly of Le Bibent on Place du Capitole, offering contemporary brasserie cuisine, with local and more exotic ideas. These include marrow bone with ravigote sauce, chickpea hummus with duck confit and sumac bread chips, zucchini stuffed with squid, chorizo and piquillo, basil cream, low-temperature Gers chicken with gomasio, raisins and sesame, pistachio, raspberry and orange blossom panna cotta.
