Gault&Millau's review 2025

This bourgeois house, where Pierre-Jean Carton was able to move in last year, is a new adventure, and the young chef is happy here. Although the area is devoid of tourists, locals are more than welcome to enjoy the well-crafted dishes, with their scents of Provence, in the dining room or on the terrace. The lunchtime menu is a bargain at around €20, complemented by a menu at €34. Simplicity and savoir-faire do the rest, with goat's cheese zucchini soup, veal moussaka with ratatouille ketchup, and a duo of mature Aubrac beef. Efficient service, good choice of wines from the region, all the way to the Luberon.
