The house's strength lies above all in its setting, a superb panoramic room overlooking Cabourg beach and the English Channel. The house offers traditional, local cuisine, in line with the expectations of a mainly tourist clientele who come to enjoy the charms of the Normandy coast. Seafood platters are logically in pole position, from €60 to €150, followed by well-turned classics such as roast camembert, seafood sauerkraut, roast fish, lobster flambéed in calvados and profiterole-style madeleines.
