Gault&Millau's review 2026

The Burgundy restaurant remains a sure bet in the neighborhood: a cozy and intimate atmosphere, top-notch service, and elegant cuisine that embraces modern trends (short, slash-separated dish names, clean pairings, and seasonal and trendy ingredients). There’s not a single misstep in the well-paced menu crafted by Chef Mylo Levin and his pastry chef, Léandre Vivier: beets with eel, yogurt, and oscietra caviar; milk-fed veal with chanterelle mushrooms, beans, and pancetta; chocolate with malt whiskey… Menus range from €125 to €195, featuring cheeses by Laurent Dubois and a fairly comprehensive wine cellar rich in grand cru wines.
