Brigitte Bardot is sadly no more, but Edward Messiaen and Inge Van Damme continue their tribute from their charming address in the center of Castellane. The Belgian couple take advantage of a lovely location on this small square with a fountain, where they prepare a cuisine that's half-local, half-Belgian: snail puff pastry, garlic cream sauce and spinach, sweetbread croquettes, pork cheek cassolette, beer sauce, endive salad and French fries, mushroom risotto and roast chicken, vanilla bourbon crème brûlée.
