Conveniently located in Chatillon, this red-and-white bistro restaurant offers buffet service upstairs and service in the ground-floor dining room. The clientele is made up of regulars, and the restaurant and cellar offer a mix of contemporary and local fare. Efficient Christophe is alone in the dining room, serving traditional dishes such as pan-fried pig's trotter terrine, celery remoulade, vinegar juice and salad, scorpion fish a la plancha, zucchini and leek, meat juice and fruit gratin with vanilla cream and caramelized almonds.
