Gault&Millau's review2026
Stéphane Hibelot knows his winegrowers, spends time in the vineyards and talks with producers. The same passion - to do things right and to do them well - drives him in his well-kept bistro on the corner of the avenue, bringing together regulars in a well-kept, wood-panelled setting. The whiting meatballs with coral sauce are a pleasant suggestion of the day, while the kidney cassolette with cream is a sure bet, as are the ice creams from Histoires de glace. There's plenty to discover in this eclectic cellar, both inside and outside the region.
