In the heart of the Marque Avenue shopping center in Corbeil-Essonnes, Zilan and Kazim Polat dreamed up this softly chic, brightly-lit place with skylights and a veranda, as well as bespoke, hand-crafted furniture for the comfort of their customers. This restaurant, an institution in this artisanal zone, was taken over by them after a number of years' experience in the hotel-restaurant business and the desire, today, to run their own business. It's a job that suits them well, with a warm welcome and a smile to enhance a timeless moment. From Monday to Friday, a menu of the day, pizzas and wood-fired grills, with a special focus on the divine Black Angus matured meats. Each generous dish is accompanied by seasonal vegetables, home fries, rice or salad to suit your taste. You enter Balthazar 91 either from the gallery or from the large, free parking lot.
