The four of them, all graduates of top French, Italian and foreign establishments, combine their vision of bi-national cuisine to awaken your taste buds with exceptional flavors in the authentic ambiance of Vieux-Lyon. Almond-crusted beef tenderloin with sun-dried tomato confit, roasted octopus tentacle with homemade barbecue sauce and ginger chips... The four menus (3, 4, 6 or even more courses for gourmets) and two vegetarian options (4 and 6 courses) follow the seasons and the Chefs' inspirations. Viviana and Antonio work on the recipes with finesse and delicacy, while Arianna and Alban welcome customers and advise them on food and wine pairings, all in an elegant, intimate setting with a subtle Italian touch reminiscent of the warm ambience of Naples.
