So, in the refined, elegant and intimate setting of this establishment in old Lyon, taste buds will delight in menus from €60 to €120, and the lunch menu at €39 (excluding Sundays). While suggestions change regularly, there's one example of the combination of two renowned gastronomies that's making the headlines: fillet of beef in a sun-dried tomato and almond crust, cauliflower purée and shallot confit. And that's not counting the subtle flavors of vegetarian dishes, which are not mere adaptations but genuine culinary creations. The siblings' adventure culminates in a wine and food pairing menu.
