Chef's Restaurant Lunchtime crowds flock to the unbeatable €23 lunch menu. If you can devote a little more time to the à la carte menu or the 52 € Découverte menu (alas, hidden), you'll appreciate the finesse of inspired chef Taiki Tamao in this lively place, which doesn't rely on either the rather banal setting or the welcome, which is logically a little rushed. On the other hand, the snail fricassee with smoked bacon and parsley root mousseline, the rabbit pie with foie gras and bergamot, jus réduit, parsnip mousseline and fennel confit, and the dark chocolate and chestnut mousse with caramelized apples and matcha tea crumble are a delight. The cellar is simple and pleasant, with three leaves, one for wines by the glass, one for whites and one for reds, in an honest selection.
