Gault&Millau's review 2026

Behind its sage-green facade, Le 6 offers us another change of chef: goodbye Pauline, hello Samuel. The old bistro charm is still there, with its zinc bar, retro red formica tables and hanging bottles with light bulbs. For lunch, a small menu at €26 and a tiny à la carte menu: green asparagus, Maltese, trout roe or vitello tonnato, capers, red onion pickles, pollack, peas, mint-lemon or duck breast, white asparagus, blood orange... Interesting biodynamic and natural wine list.
