In the concert of bistros within the city walls competing to the nearest euro, Le 26 stands out with a clear and pleasant menu, more in line with fashion than with the region, but offering great latitude to the customer. In this pleasant setting on the threshold of Corps Saints, customers can compose a sequence of dishes to suit their tastes: vegetable gyozas in ginger broth, lamb mouse with thyme or chicken girolles risotto with chocolate coulant for just under €50, if they don't dip into the €36 formula. Well-stocked regional wine cellar, in bottle, half-bottle or glass.
