Gault&Millau's review2026
It's a popular spot (and the tables closest to the bay window are quickly snapped up), but the main reason people come is for the fine classic cuisine offered by Sylvain Belouin, a skilled technician whose cooking obviously pays homage to the ocean that stretches beneath his windows. His precisely-cooked monkfish de petit bateau is accompanied by cocos de Soissons, chermoula and preserved lemon, and his version of lobster, with yuzu-reduced head juice and verbena-infused broth, is a fine tribute to the noble crustacean. Nostalgic diners won't want to miss the sole meunière or the Norwegian omelette, obviously flambéed in the dining room. An extensive wine cellar, with over 400 references.
