The spirit of a private home in a central neighborhood near the cathedral. The cuisine is serious, based on fine products worked in a contemporary spirit, multiplying exotic additions to create a change of scenery: denti sashimi sesame pistachio leche de tigre ginger oil mayonnaise yuzu confit, grilled octopus tentacle bbq almond aioli fromage blanc amaretto curcuma, Iberian pork pluma polenta black garlic turmeric green leaf emulsion Byrrh reduction... Desserts a little simpler, good service.
