Gault&Millau's review 2026

Gabriel's second table is a restaurant with two toques, and there's no arguing with that. It's true that we're in bistronomy mode, with the care and quality of a grand house. You can start with a cocktail or spritz creation, and be tempted by the delicious €49 menu: artichoke agnolotti and barigoule broth with pistou, chicken breast with morel mushroom cream and green asparagus, strawberry pavlova..
