Located in a quiet street outside the town center (near the former tale of La Côte à l'Os), this well-hidden bistro is full of pleasant surprises, with a regularly-changing menu. While the fashion for tuna tataki and burrata tomatoes has reached as far as the Ardennes, you should also try the sweetbreads with asparagus and espuma béarnaise, the Iberian pluma with basquaise and polenta or the roast cod with ratatouille; classic, well-made desserts (baba, fondant, raspberry tart and the inevitable pavlova...).
