Gault&Millau's review 2026

The revival of this address with its glorious past has pleased the whole neighborhood, and Lava has secured its toques with a remarkable price-pleasure ratio. With a short, well-executed menu, chef Wilfried Romain draws us into his vision of the product in the spotlight and well-chosen, seasonings and accompaniments worked: on the pollack dashi ginger green beans and salicornia, pork loin with avocado ice cream and bbq coffee sauce, tomato watermelon tagetes as a veggie dish and the dessert all finesse and assurance, cucumber green melon green chili. Good lunch menu at €29.
