Gourmet Restaurant On the heights of the Vienne valley, not far from Limoges, Michel and Laurent Breuil's restaurant is set in a small four-hectare park, which is particularly attractive when viewed from the terrace in season. Here, under the leadership of chef David Boyer, the cuisine is fresh, tasty and inventive, as in the case of scallop carpaccio with green apple yuzu and roasted hazelnuts, duck pot au feu in a gentian broth served with pan-seared foie gras escalope and grapefruit condiment, or pan-seared quail supremes with reduced juice and port deglaze. The house salmon is famous with its horseradish cream and sesame waffle. Good small selection of wines by the glass and active service.
