Chef's Restaurant This is one of the capital's legendary restaurants, established in 1766 and perpetuating the tradition of rare, historic splendor. The richly decorated lounges tell the story of three centuries of history and letters, three centuries of social gatherings focused on the pleasure of the senses. Beneath crystal chandeliers, rooms adorned with baroque textiles and endless moldings host a logical bourgeois cuisine, where fine products play the leading roles. Start with Belle Époque asparagus with herb vinaigrette, potato and caviar charlotte, followed by sole with butter meunière and capers, mashed potatoes, poultry supreme with morel mushroom cream, chocolate soufflé and rum baba royal. Classic cellar.
