Chef's Restaurant The Italian equivalent of the Tout-Paris (we're on the same seventh floor, with a breathtaking view of the capital), Langosteria is a somewhat unique place which, thanks to its ambience and prices, but also a full booking book throughout the year, is clearly a place for the privileged. This "entre soi" is also a guarantee of good communication, noisy and cheerful discussions, and attentive service that knows how to take a back seat to so much good humor, while chef Michele Biassoni, who knew the Milanese branch and speaks enthusiastically of this unique concept, enlivens a brilliant menu where the freshness and quality of products is paramount: in the excellent "tiepido di mare" (langoustine, gambero rosso octopus and cuttlefish) where each element is cooked to perfection and served in a warm broth, the o-toro of red tuna with charcoal, fine noble fish, such as turbot from Galicia au gratin with asparagus and sautéed vongole or pasta dishes as fine as they are delicious (orecchiette tuna and tomato, spaghetti mussels zucchini and pecorino...). The wine list is quite extraordinary, offering access to great Italian vintages presented and commented on with erudition.
