The finest ingredients paired with the best chefs, expert craftsmanship, and great wines come together at this must-visit destination for Italian cuisine in Paris: a particularly intriguing “seafood” selection featuring ceviche, carpaccio, and sashimi made from premium seafood, langoustines, yellowtail, gamberi rossi, shellfish, fried dishes, “robata” preparations such as a Chateaubriand-style grouper, a spicy blue lobster, or Milanese-style turbot, prestigious pastas, and the famous peach Bellini for dessert— you’d have to visit a good ten times to claim to know this menu of some sixty dishes. An opulent wine cellar featuring the finest vintages served as vertical tastings.
