It's the Cheval Blanc version of the Italian feast, with its chic, twirling service, spaciousness and often packed rooms celebrating la dolce vita and good fortune. The finest bottles from the great Tuscan estates or elsewhere accompany plates with the expected flavors mixing prestige and classics: gambero rosso from Sicily and caviar, gnocchi vongole and langoustines, paccheri and sea bass, lobster linguine, turbot from Galicia à la Milanese. Increasingly, Langosteria is expanding its menu to include an essentially chic and festive catalog, with a reduced Italian accent: yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno sauce, king crab tacos, tempura of Galician turbot and zucchini flowers... Very efficient service, even when it comes to the almost permanent "coup de feu".
