Building on its success in Lille, where it has been established for ages, Laksøn has doubled up in Rouen on the banks of the Seine, on a beautiful site in the old docks, at Hangar 10, a very lively spot. The house has had the good idea of teaming up, temporarily or otherwise, with Rouen brasserie Ragnar, which gives the opportunity to occupy the terrace copiously while enjoying the benefits of both. On the plate, we found the Nordic dishes to be a cut above their Lille cousins, but the place is undeniably pleasing.
