Gault&Millau's review 2026

This little counter in the corner of Les Halles, run by Adeline Grattard and the Yam Tcha team, works well, and offers good value for money. For masterful Chinese cuisine, with a range of dim sum, egg rolls, Cantonese pork and shrimp rice, shiitake peanut glutinous rice, Cantonese-style stir-fried chicken, homemade noodles and candied ginger cookies.
