The beautiful mansion that once housed the Institut Zoologique offers superb spaces, both for the hotel and for this well-composed restaurant, bridging the gap between tradition and modernity in a varied, balanced, simple and appealing menu: sole goujonnette with tartar sauce, butternut risotto with soya milk and spinach shoots, monkfish tail Armoricaine-style, and also a good duck confit with Sarladaises apples for a regional treat. Well-composed menus, pleasant service.
