The cuisine is generalist and contemporary, with the expected nods to the region: foie gras confit de coing, escargots, saint-jacques plancha boudin et beurre de cidre, filet de turbot sauce matelote, dos de biche en croûte courge butternut pâte de fruits au poivre de cassis... Classic cellar.
