For its central location and the practical, professional aspect of this hotel brasserie. The menu doesn't make too much of an effort to be original, but provides a decent breakdown for a quick meal before a stroll around town: mimosa egg, warm apple herring, bavette with pepper sauce, beef chuck confit, veal jus. We finish with a raspberry tiramisu.
