Gault&Millau's review2025
For regulars, a trip to KB is always a pleasant experience. Laurine Gutleben, who follows in her parents' footsteps, adds a family dimension to this fine establishment with her personal, committed cooking. A young regional talent, trained at Nasti and Troisgros, she has what it takes to convince, with a modern, well-designed menu: acidulated radish ravioli with citrus coriander crab, pan-fried foie gras with sesame citron confit sauce, rack of pork with braised endives, sweet potato mousseline with cumin and orange... Pleasant desserts, good introductory menu at €31, interesting cellar with very good regional wines (Rieffel, Colette Faller, Kreydenweiss, Zusslin, Boxler, Barmès-Buecher....) and fine references elsewhere (Clair, Boillot, Mortet, Coche-Dury in Burgundy, for example).
