This spot is one of the top winstubs in the area—a sure bet in Petite France amid countless tourist-oriented and less reliable restaurants. The menu doesn’t break any new ground, but the dishes are quite exemplary. To discover Alsatian traditions: onion and bacon tart, presskopf, bouchée à la reine, seven-meat sauerkraut, veal sweetbreads with morels, kirsch baba, frozen vacherin… An impressive wine cellar, with over four hundred selections.
