Gault&Millau's review2025
To the west of the village, the impressive corner house serves as a 3* hotel and restaurant, both equally charming for their local architecture, bleached stone, small-paned windows and pretty slate roofs. You'll come across an interesting bistronomic cuisine, which serves regional produce in rather contemporary compositions, as witness the colorful melon and watermelon tartar with mint and lime in white port jelly, crunchy ricotta with walnuts and smoked duck breast, fillet of sea bream cooked on one side and revisited with a curry of seasonal vegetables, a more classic 5h lamb shoulder with rosemary sauce, creamy potatoes and vegetables, or a crème brûlée with carambar. Diligent service.
