Chef's Restaurant One of the oldest inns in the area has undergone a facelift in the grounds of the Clos Castel hotel, renewing its offering without detracting from the heritage for which it is renowned. The house has embraced modernity without losing any of its gourmet flair, offering a revisited traditional-inspired cuisine, with a few invigorating exotic touches, such as marinated mackerel fillets, guacamole, grapefruit, sesame and wasabi, stuffed salmon ballotine, vinous sauce, potato mousseline, olives and garlic confit, melting leeks, or poached chicken supreme, fine herb sauce, broad bean mousseline, peas and carrot confit. Good value at €59.
