In the heart of the Carmes district, Hervé Bourg imagines an attractive bistronomic cuisine, which can take on gastronomic accents in the evening, with his discovery menus at €50 and €65. It's a contemporary, well-kept table, with uncluttered furniture and a beautiful presence of painted wood.
