An enclave of updated tradition in this bubbling neighborhood, an almost reassuring stopover that puts the church back in the middle of the village with chef Hervé Bourg, who shows steady inspiration from local produce and solid French cooking manners, in a sleek, chic setting. The evening menus are hidden, but the €29 lunchtime menu delivers the essentials, with œuf parfait façon meurette, filet de merlu with tarragon sauce, bavette échalote and vanilla crème renversée.
