A fine family-run establishment on the Route des Lacs. Traditional fare in a good spirit, with no frills but attention to detail, by a conscientious chef: smoked trout tartlet, morel mushroom and yellow wine crust, mont d'or and morteau, Comtois burger, old-fashioned veal kidneys... Numerous formulas and daily specials.
