A new chef, Chen Kuan-Lin, has joined this chic neighborhood spot to lend a hand and contribute some of his own ideas. It’s an encouraging start for the new team, with a fairly varied menu offered as part of a €48 lunch and dinner set menu: BBQ beef tongue with chickpeas and spiced oil; roasted cod with zucchini, aioli, and pastis sauce; and the chocolate-vanilla cake are already worthy of a first toque.
