Gourmet Restaurant Of course it is! Everyone knows "chez Denise", and talks about it with tenderness and nostalgia, remembering crazy evenings over kidneys and tripe with calvados. And if the atmosphere is a little more folkloric and touristy than in the past, the catalog remains much the same, and happily so, with a well-stocked slate to enjoy on gingham tablecloths: poultry liver cake, marrow bone, snails for starters, skate with capers, blanquette, lamb brains, andouillette and pig's trotters...
