It's a charming house in the heart of the Luberon, with a lovely terrace for sunny days and authentic Provencal architecture. The chef's vision of the terroir is accurate, with well-worked seasonal produce: roasted Mallemort asparagus with smoked bacon, asparagus velouté, smoked trout cannelloni with truffled ricotta, grilled scallops, Mallemort asparagus risotto, chicken supreme stuffed with morels and asparagus, custard with baked apples.
