It's as much a place for lunch with colleagues as for an aperitif, with roborative and contemporary recipes on the menu. Discover shrimp ravioli, Caesar salad, sea bass fillet ikejimé, wasabi pea purée, sauce vierge, baby peppers, bonito and roasted cashews, duck breast, oriental chickpea purée, roasted eggplant and spicy ricotta with taggiasche olives, seasonal vegetables, honey and thyme jus.
