Gault&Millau's review 2026

Antoine and Andréa keep this west of Le Havre restaurant alive, far from the others and well supported by a loyal clientele. Following in the footsteps of their predecessors, the kitchens deliver a sophisticated bistronomic plate, which can first be discovered in the €39 seasonal menu, where leeks come in a mosaic with nori seaweed, quail eggs with black sesame seeds, dried rootlets and grilled leek vinaigrette, the veal quasi in pistachio crust, potato mousseline, meat jus with coriander honey and glazed vegetables, and finally the dessert of raspberry and bell pepper, with artemisia freshness. Tasting menu €77.
