An oasis of tranquility and gastronomy, the Table du Roi, run since 2012 by Kelly and Louis Ettori-Gilliard, enjoys a verdant setting in a pretty haven of peace at the heart of the Le Roi Théodore Hotel & Spa. In the kitchen, Chef Mathieu Weisrock prepares contemporary bistronomic cuisine every evening, using seasonal produce and a refined Découverte menu: truffle tartelette, mushroom cream and perfect egg, pan-fried Limousin beef fillet, creamy truffle purée and sherry jus, peach return according to arrival and small spelt risotto, langoustine raviole with shell and lovage consommé... To round off the evening, pastry chef Arnaud Le Gall will tempt you with his marvellous chocolate soufflé, the house's flagship dessert. And to extend your gourmet break, the 56-room hotel features a wellness area, indoor pool, sauna, hammam and jacuzzi. A second restaurant, Le Régina, open for lunch, offers a variety of Italian and Mediterranean dishes.
