It's a magical place, a hotel for the happy few, where you can dine in true seaside fashion, with sea bream gravlax, lobster burger, Thai wok with gambas... A bit of the region (veal tataki with hazelnuts from Cervione), top-notch service, strawberry with combava to finish and a few fine Corsican wines.
