In the heart of the Landes region, the Uza estate is a place like no other, owned by the famous Lur-Saluces family. Deeply attached to their land, the family has breathed new life into the property, first establishing an organic asparagus farm, then renovating the forge’s old grocery store into a tea room and grocery shop. In addition to the vacation rentals in the Landes and the hotel in Contis, there are now two restaurants, including the Table du Marensin, run by chef Alexis Leiber.
