This is the place to come on the road to Castelnaudary to discover the pleasures of the region, produced here according to the rules of the art. The place may not look like much, but if you make a reservation, you're in for a treat: duck foie gras from Jean-Guy Pujol, veal kidney fricassee with fresh pasta, a lovely cassoulet or a chocolate and red fruit moelleux. Fair prices. The house also offers its own rooms.
