In this idyllic setting along the Deûle River, Laurent Cauchy’s restaurant is a must-visit destination in the summer, where you can enjoy the gardens and the freshness of the ingredients. The menu features a selection of reimagined brasserie classics: bluefin tuna tartare with cilantro and wasabi cream, redfish fillet with fresh tomato coulis, steamed potatoes, and grilled vegetables; beef skirt steak with green pepper sauce, shoestring potatoes, and green vegetables; and a lime and red berry semi-soft ice cream.
