In this contemporary setting, the cuisine is obviously contemporary, nourished by influences and fashion. Nevertheless, the food is well prepared, pleasant and good value, particularly with the €38 Plaisir menu, which offers a wide choice: wasabi-smoked salmon, tripe salad deglazed with raspberry vinegar, sea bass fillet with basil sauce, Iberian pork secreto with old-fashioned mustard seeds, mashed potatoes, apricot-rosemary crumble, apricot sorbet. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, choice of wines by the glass.
