Gourmet Restaurant With his feet firmly planted on the ground, Chef Corvez continues to bring this Saintonge inn to life, in an authentic country spirit. It's a return to his roots, with traditional dishes and plenty of hospitality; don't miss the beautiful pâté en croûte, roasted monkfish and shellfish medallions, polenta and shellfish coulis, yellow poultry jambonnette stuffed with morel mushrooms, morel mushroom sauce and zitone gratin, rice pudding and cardamom, poppy-seed tuile.
