The gastronomic reputation of this elegant restaurant on the road between Ile Rousse and Calvi is well established. One good chef follows another, maintaining the excellent standard in terms of standing, quality and price. Vincent Champ has now been working here for four years, and does the place proud. Beautiful, good, chic, with no hiccups, no shortcomings, using superb products selected with knowledge. Two excellent menus, at €125 and €165 depending on the number of courses.
