A mountain restaurant with rustic wood and a chic, friendly atmosphere, Karine and Pierre-Yves Amauce's restaurant is a charming place to eat, with dishes that strike the perfect balance between regionalism and bourgeoisie. The menu lists the essentials we all want to try: the pyramid of scallops and crab tartare, roast lobster with jus minute, duo of mousse and crunchy vegetables, duck breast with pear and honey sauce, or the exotic fruit French toast to round things off.
