Remarkable Restaurant Futuristic architecture emerges from the gentle Rennes countryside, as a counterpoint to a château that was restored from top to bottom in the XIXᵉ century, then completely updated in recent years by the Legendre family. People come here for festive occasions (weddings), business (seminars), cultural (exhibitions, conferences...) and naturally gourmet, simple or more sophisticated. This is where the excellent Jérôme Jouadé comes into play: in his space overlooking the estate, he offers a score in total harmony with the seasons and local resources, particularly plants. In fact, he has a vast garden with vegetables, fruit trees, herbs and aromatic plants... His polyphonic cuisine is never boring. We look forward to each sequence with jubilation. Of course, you'll have to sacrifice to the blind menus - you don't necessarily sit down with the desire to play guessing games - to taste the pleasures. Trout from the Ouette fish farm, swaddled in delicate chard leaves and carried in a lively, long-lasting sauce - with a few citrus "éclairs" - plunges you into Jérôme Jouadé's world. The superb local poularde, for its part, is highlighted by notes of roasted malt and a smooth sauce. The finale, featuring citrus fruits from the Perpignan region in a variety of forms, is a joyful tonic. The amuse-bouche, pre-dessert and mignardises are also worth mentioning... The service is adorable, lively and precise, in a setting of dazzling elegance. Last but not least, let's mention the interesting wine list, largely organic, with attractive prices: anjou from Clos Galerne, chinon from Martine Budé, sancerre from domaine Vacheron, cheverny from Hervé Villemade, côte-rôtie from Maison Stephan or domaine Vernay; minervois from J-B Senat, savoie from domaine Giachino, jasnières from domaine de Bellivière, domaine des Longues Vignes in Ille-et-Vilaine..
