The château has been beautifully renovated to house the finest hotel in the Rennes region, and the futuristic space housing the restaurant is sure to surprise, offering, moreover, a spectacular view of the region. Chef Jérôme Jouadé has successfully combined the region’s bountiful local produce—by placing his trust in local suppliers—with the legitimate desire for prestige among the restaurant’s discerning local and tourist clientele.
