Alex and Ced, Ced and Alex. Gourmets flock to their table at the foot of Mont Ventoux, a paradise for cyclists. Their restaurant in the village of Mormoiron offers guests a warm welcome in a setting to match their plates. In a cosy dining room or on the shady terrace, you'll discover a responsible and inventive cuisine. Here, nothing is wasted, products are used in their entirety, peelings become broths, and waste is banished. The menu changes weekly, according to chef Alex Coignard's inspiration and market arrivals. Meat lovers will fall in love with the cochon du Ventoux, fish lovers will opt for a back of cod with lemon beurre blanc, while vegetarians will be tempted by fresh creations. At lunchtime, a dish of the day at a reasonable price. Local produce, Ventoux wines and attentive service from Cédric Paulet make this a friendly, family-run restaurant. Reservations strongly recommended (from February to March, weekends only).
