Gault&Millau's review2025
Among the twenty or so tables crowding Quai Landry, it's not easy to pick out the best. And let's face it, especially in the height of summer, even among our top tables, it's better not to be too particular about the quality of service. La Table de Sabine can't escape this pitfall, but on the other hand offers a respectable cuisine, above and beyond what's usually practised in front of the superb yachts: marinated tuna tataki, kalamansi vinaigrette and eggplant caramel, aiguillettes de saint-pierre nacré, risotto, gingerbread croutons and green apple before the unavoidable and gourmet pavlova. The cellar caters for all budgets and the view is well known: the sea, Lumio and, in the background, on the right, Monte Cinto.
