In homage to their 4 grandfathers, Dorian and Mélanie Biau have imagined a bistronomic restaurant that blends the charm of old stones with the elegance of a refined decor. Attached to their native South, the duo focus on 100% fresh local produce, from the nearby market, fishermen and local producers, right down to the beers, wines and whisky. The Chef gourmands a Mediterranean-influenced cuisine with singing olive oil, with 3-, 4- or 6-course menus for young and old gourmets alike. "Fish, game, vegetables, meat simmered like grandma's but with a twist, light, gourmet desserts - I cook what I like! Creativity, combining the excellence of a gastronomic experience with the relaxed conviviality of a bistro. A specialist in reconciling guests with forgotten vegetables, and a connoisseur of atypical combinations that awaken the palate, La Table de Jean delights both in the dining room and on its small, sunny terrace.
